Welcome to Chinese Dance Club

Founded in 1994, the Chinese Dance club seeks to promote the essence and spirit of this performing art, through the creative integration of traditional and modern elements. Members go through a rigorous dance program that emphasizes both the techniques and values of Chinese dance. The club performs at both NTU and public events. Some of its key performances include those at “Dances of Yun” (August 2002, Jubilee Hall), Woodlands Arts Festival, NTU Heritage Walk and the Choa Chu Kang Countdown Celebration. The club has alreadyheld two biannual concert, Inner Reflexion, in February 2006 and in February 2008. In February 2010, there will be another Inner reflexion.
If you're passionate about dancing or simply feel the calling, you're welcome to join us for trainings every W ednesday, from 7pm to 10pm at Nanyang House. Our close-knit dance family extends this invitation to unleash the dancer in you.
